When Betty visits Mexico to try and get Papi to become a legal citizen, she meets Aunt Mirta. When Betty's father won't confess about his past with his wife. Betty tries to get Aunt Mirta drunk so she will slip some stories. Eventually, she slips that Betty and Hilda's grandmother is actually alive.
